Maximum poster dimensions are 3.9’ wide x 5’ tall (or 1.2 m wide x 1.5 m tall)
The recommended size of poster - 3.6’ wide x 4.6’ tall (or 1.1m wide x 1.4 m tall)
Poster should be PORTRAIT- ORIENTED.

Posters will be on display from October 27 (a.m.) until October 30 (a.m.).

One evening poster session (Wine and Cheese Poster Session) will be held from 18:00-20:30 on October 29, when poster presenters are expected to be available to answer questions.

Posters must be removed on the morning of October 30.
