The North Pacific Marine Science Organization (PICES) announces its 2011 Annual Meeting to be held October 14–23, 2011, in Khabarovsk, Russia. The meeting is hosted by the Russian Federal Agency for Fisheries in cooperation with the government of the Khabarovsk Region and in coordination with the PICES Secretariat. Local arrangements are made by the Pacific Research Fisheries Centre (TINRO-Centre) and the Khabarovsk branch of TINRO-Centre.

The main venue for PICES-2011 is Khabarovsk's Official Reception House (3, Shevchenko Street).

The venue for the Opening Session and Science Board Symposium is Khabarovsk Regional Philharmonic Building (7, Shevchenko Street).
