The registration desk will be located in the lobby of the 2nd basement floor and will be open from 09:00 to 17:30 on 28 May and from 08:00 to 17:30 on 29 May.
The symposium secretariat will be based in room Ran 2.

We urge interested participants to pre-register with us via our On-line Registration as early as possible, even if you have not made firm travel arrangements, so we can plan our events more efficiently. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.

2 WAYS TO PAY your Registraion fee:
1. By using our on-line payment system (accessed through on-line registration). Receipt will be e-mailed to you instantly, or you can download it from the on-line payment area, after the payment is made.
2. By downloading and filling the payment form, and faxing it back to us (accessed through on-line registration). The payment will be processesed manually, and Receipt will be given to you at the Symposium.

Your Registration Fee covers Welcome Reception, Symposium Dinner, Poster Session Receptions, Coffee/Tea Breaks, Book of Abstracts, and Special Issue of the ICES J. Mar. Sci. to be produced after the Symposium.

PLEASE NOTE: Some payments do not go through; therefore, if you see "Payment Problem", please contact the Secretariat immediately.

Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard, and US and Canadian dollar cheques and bank drafts. The USD amounts are for USD cheques and bank drafts; all credit card transactions are done in CDN dollars.

Requests for refund in the case of a cancellation must be made in writing to the PICES Secretariat no later than 30 days after the Meeting. A non-refundable CDN$15/US$12 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
