3. Review studies relating chemical, biologic and geophysical regimes, and encourage interactive understanding and planning of multidisciplinary experiments;
4. Identify the scientific and logistical difficulties of ocean studies in the area;
5. Encourage the planning of experiments and discussion relating to physical processes in the area.
