of the oceanic circulation and water mass modification in the
area, and identify gaps in this knowledge;
Review studies relating chemical, biological
and geographical regime, and encourage interactive understanding
and planning of multidisciplinary experiments;
Identify the scientific and logical difficulties
of ocean studies in the area;
Encourage the planning of experiments and
discussion of related physical process in the area.
