    Terms of reference:
    1. Review the present level of the knowledge of the oceanic circulation and water mass modification in the area, and identify gaps in this knowledge;
    2. Review studies relating chemical, biological and geographical regime, and encourage interactive understanding and planning of multidisciplinary experiments;
    3. Identify the scientific and logical difficulties of ocean studies in the area;
    4. Encourage the planning of experiments and discussion of related physical process in the area.
