Most participants should be prepared to pay only
for the cost of travel to/from Baltimore.
Shuttle service between Baltimore Airport (BWI) and
the venue will be provided at no cost by the Conference
Center at the Marine Institute
(CCMIT).
Participants should plan to arrive on Monday afternoon/evening,
June 25, and be prepared to leave on Friday, June
29, after the conference ends at lunch.
Applications for financial assistance for travel
can be found on Meeting pre-Registration/Abstract
Submission page, and should be submitted along with
abstract and CV in one file (3 in 1). As the total
amount of conference funds for travel is limited,
priority will be given to inviting applicants who
are prepared to pay at least some portion of the cost
of their travel.
